New Finance System
Communication has been forwarded via Compass regarding the new finance arrangements for all accounts and school fees. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact myself or Tracee Holland, Front Office Manager.
Sport
Gymnastics concluded last week and it was fantastic! Ben's company is Little Champions and he has delivered gymnastics to our students for three years now which helps us meet our PDHPE syllabus outcome through a quality programme. We have been lucky to have several development officers this year namely Birdie for Tennis in Term 2, Gecko Sports in Term 3 and Ben for gymnastics this term. Our regular swimming lessons, that we do at the end of the year will be moved into Term 1, 2023 due to the Batlow Pool upgrades.

Thank you to the parents who replied to the recent survey. The data was reviewed in our planning meeting. Results were overwelmingly positive-thank you. Our new Vision statement is in its final stages.

Thank you to Ethan and Thomas for participating in our children’s Mass last Sunday.
Christmas Hamper appeal
With only 4 weeks of school left (can you believe it?!) and the Christmas season upon us, it is a time to think of those less fortunate than others.
Families are invited to please give generously to our St Vincent De Paul Christmas Hampers with donations of non-perishable food goods.
Here are a list of ideas:
Baskets are now located in classrooms for students to place their items into over the coming weeks.
Your kindness can make a difference to people in need in our community this Christmas.
Amy Buckmaster - Religious Education Coordinator
Our new finance system is well underway.
We ask that all families start a new BPAY setup for fee payments with your unique number on the statement you received this week.
Payments will need to be in regular intervals or FULL payment of fees are required by week 6 of each term.
UNIFORM payments are to go in the Community Council as we have always been doing.
We thank you for your assistance as we move forward.
Please contact Tracee Monday, Thursday or Friday for any financial issues.
Attached is the finance letter that was sent out to families.
Year 3/4 voted on studying fossils for the start of our term of Biology. The students have made 'pretend' fossils by making an impression of a shell into clay and filling the mold with a cast of Plaster of Paris. Their work was fabulous!
